Company Description Plan Kit Solutions is a boutique performance studio for e-commerce brands. We're not a generic marketing agency — we work with a limited number of brands at a time and build profitable, compounding growth, not vanity metrics. Our work connects paid acquisition and creative strategy to the real business: margin, acquisition cost, and customer behavior. We're a small, senior, data-led team, and we're deliberately selective about the brands and the people we work with.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Content Creator. You'll own the creative that drives performance for e-commerce brands — and our own brand content. Day to day, you'll research angles and hooks, write short-form video scripts and ad copy, direct UGC and creators, and turn performance briefs into shootable concepts. You'll work closely with the media buyer, because here creative isn't decoration — it's the ceiling on how well every ad performs. You'll help shape testing ideas, maintain the content calendar, and refine future work based on what actually converts, not just what gets likes. Execution happens in short, consistent cycles with freelance designers and editors handling production.
Qualifications Strong creative instincts for e-commerce: concept development, hooks, and storytelling that sells — not just looks good. Experience writing short-form video scripts (Meta / Tik Tok) and directing UGC or creators. Ability to write Arabic that lands naturally with the Egyptian and Gulf markets. A sense for the first 3 seconds — you know how to hold attention and stop the scroll. Understanding that content serves a business goal: engagement is a means, conversion is the point. Fast, organized, and consistent — you can generate ideas and execute in short cycles while managing a content calendar. A portfolio that proves the above (required). Comfortable collaborating remotely with media buyers and freelance production (designers/editors). Previous experience with e-commerce brands or a performance/creative studio is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
