Role Description The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders involved in urban planning projects at Mac Construction. This full-time, on-site role is based in Heliopolis and involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth operations. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls and correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, organizing files, and arranging travel and logistics when required. The Personal Assistant will help track deadlines and follow up on action items related to project work, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the executive’s time is used efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including discretion, organization, and attention to detail. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior leaders with complex schedules and priorities. Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous approach. Proficient Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and deadline tracking. Solid Clerical Skills such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and record keeping. Good command of office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools). Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in construction, urban planning, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related discipline is preferred.
