Role Description The Vaccination Technology Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing technical support for vaccination equipment and systems used in animal health operations, ensuring proper installation, calibration, and maintenance. The person in this role will troubleshoot technology issues, coordinate with veterinary and farm teams, and ensure that vaccination processes follow established protocols and best practices. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, documenting service activities, training users on safe and effective equipment operation, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize vaccination workflows. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders, timely reporting of technical problems, and proactive identification of opportunities to improve vaccination technology services.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Technology Services and Information Technology, with the ability to support and manage vaccination-related systems and equipment. Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain reliable operation of technology solutions. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with veterinary professionals, farm staff, and internal teams, and to provide clear user guidance and training. Relevant experience in animal health, veterinary services, or agricultural technology is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including field visits to farms or facilities as needed. Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and biosecurity protocols, and effective time management. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new technical platforms and tools.
