Key Responsibilities:Bespoke Travel Planning: Design, customize, and execute complex international and domestic travel itineraries (leisure, corporate, or luxury). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service. Supplier Negotiation: Deal directly with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to secure the best rates and exclusive amenities. Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor, handling complex booking changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently. Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants within the team to elevate overall performance.???? Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the Egyptian market (Senior level is a must). Location Advantage: Preference is given to candidates residing in or near Heliopolis/Cairo areas for an easier daily commute. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global travel trends, visa requirements for Egyptians, and luxury destinations. Tech-Savvy: Mastery of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and modern travel booking platforms. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
