Job Summary We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Spanish-speaking Tour Leader to accompany and assist tourists, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and high-quality travel experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist clients at the airport during arrival and departure with a high level of professionalism Coordinate with drivers, tour guides, and other team members in advance Review flight details and tour programs and brief clients accordingly Accompany tourists and ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the trip Provide detailed information about destinations, historical sites, and cultural aspects Handle hotel check-in processes and ensure smooth accommodation arrangements Monitor service quality (rooms, luggage, breakfast boxes for early departures) Manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and handle any issues professionally Review and manage all related financial documents (tickets, vouchers, cash, etc.) Ensure timely coordination with the accounting department Maintain continuous communication with the direct manager Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Department
Requirements Bachelor’s degree Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage groups Previous experience in tourism is a plus
