About Tiger Group Tiger Group is a diversified business group operating across multiple industries including:Security Services Facilities Management & Housekeeping General Contracting & Construction International Trade Customs Clearance & Logistics Mining & Industrial Supplies Recycling & Environmental Solutions With operations in Egypt and expansion plans across the GCC and international markets, we are looking for a high-performing International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies across multiple business sectors. Drive business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities locally and internationally. Build strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships. Lead and mentor Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams. Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts. Oversee digital marketing, branding, corporate communications, and lead generation campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support business decisions. Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and executive reports. Monitor KPIs, ROI, pipeline performance, and sales targets. Coordinate with company directors to support expansion into new industries and regional markets.
Qualifications✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.✔ 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.✔ At least 3 years in a managerial role.✔ Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate business development.✔ Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, CRM Systems, and Marketing Analytics.✔ Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.✔ Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken).
✔ Experience within one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:Security Services Facilities Management Contracting & Construction Logistics International Trade Industrial Services Multi-business organizations
