As our service team continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our field service team.
Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair high-speed document scanners and related equipment.* Diagnose hardware and mechanical faults efficiently.* Perform preventive maintenance visits according to service schedules.* Respond to customer service requests on-site.* Document service reports and technical findings.* Work closely with the technical support and operations teams.* Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.* Experience in maintenance of office equipment, printers, scanners, or similar electromechanical devices is preferred.* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Basic computer and networking knowledge.* Willingness to travel for customer site visits.* Valid Egyptian driving license is a plus.* Professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
