Role Description The Senior Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves promoting NAPCO PHARMA’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical institutions, through regular visits and scheduled meetings. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing scientific product information, and conducting product presentations and detailing sessions. The role requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will also collaborate with marketing and medical teams, participate in conferences and events, and ensure adherence to all ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, sales planning, and proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and deliver clear product information to healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product indications, and scientific data. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally at senior or key account level, is highly beneficial. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with good written and spoken English and Arabic. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
