Role Description The Design & Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves designing technical solutions that meet client requirements, preparing proposals, drawings, and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure feasibility and quality. The Design & Sales Engineer will conduct client meetings, present technical and commercial offers, and follow up on opportunities to drive sales and maintain strong relationships. Daily tasks include providing technical support to customers, responding to inquiries, coordinating with project and operations teams, and updating documentation and reports. The role also requires continuous learning about company products, industry standards, and market trends to support effective sales strategies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills. Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and support business growth. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, negotiating, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess fundamental Technical Support skills to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to customers. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical discipline. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate in a team-based environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in technical documentation. Proficiency in relevant design or CAD software and basic office productivity tools is preferred. Prior experience in engineering sales, project coordination, or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage.
