Financial Manager Experience in Restaurants industry from 10 to 20 Years
Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department Monitor and analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support Develop and implement financial controls and processes Prepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls Advise on long-term business and financial planning Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings Qualifications Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role Strong understanding of business principles and practices Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Ability to strategize and solve problems Understanding of private and public funding regulations Proficient user of finance software A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar is considered a plus
