Role Description The Senior Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for advising on business operations, customer experience, and strategic initiatives across New lunch in north coast locations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending practical solutions to enhance service quality and profitability. The Senior Consultant collaborates with management and cross-functional teams to design and implement operational processes, staff training plans, and guest experience improvements. This role also includes preparing reports and presentations, supporting decision-making, and ensuring that recommendations align with the company’s goals and standards. The Senior Consultant may mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term planning for expansion and optimization. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in consulting, business analysis, or operations management within hospitality, food services, or a related industry. Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including stakeholder management and collaboration with diverse teams. Proven organizational and time management skills, with capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, with flexibility to adapt to operational needs and a customer-focused mindset.
