نحن نسعى لتوظيف مهندس خلفي لتصميم وتقديم حلول أتمتة من الجيل القادم مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي. يتركَّز الدور على تطوير أنظمة سحابية قائمة على بايثون تندمج مع منصات المؤسسات وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات ونماذج اللغة الكبيرة لحل تحديات أعمال معقدة على نطاق واسع. سيشارك الفرد في تشكيل هندسة الأتمتة، دعم اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي، وضمان أن تكون الحلول آمنة وقابلة للتوسع وجاهزة للإنتاج.
ما ستفعله
- تصميم وبناء وتحسين حلول قائمة على بايثون مع التركيز على القابلية للتوسع والموثوقية
- تطوير حلول أتمتة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تجمع بين الأتمتة التقليدية وقدرات GenAI وLLM
- بناء وكشف عن واجهات خِدْمَات آمنة وقابلة لإعادة الاستخدام لتمكين التكامل عبر أنظمة المؤسسة
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك متخصّصي الذكاء الاصطناعي، لتطوير بنى الأتمتة
- تطبيق مبادئ تصميم النظام لضمان حلول معيارية وقابلة للتوسع وقابلة للصيانة
- استغلال أدوات أتمتة المؤسسات لتنظيم تدفقات العمل ودمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في عمليات الأعمال
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والمساهمة في اعتماد أفضل الممارسات في بايثون وأتمتة تقودها الذكاء الاصطناعي
- البقاء على اطلاع بالتطورات في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنيات السحابة واتجاهات الأتمتة، والمساهمة في مبادرات الابتكار
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
- الخبرة في تطوير بايثون للحلول القائمة على الأتمتة والذكاء الاصطناعي (3-6 سنوات من الخبرة)
- تعرض عملي لنماذج اللغة الكبيرة، هندسة الاستدعاء، الضبط الدقيق، وتحسين الاستنتاج
- معرفة قوية بتصميم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات والتكامل ضمن بيئات المؤسسات أو السحابة
- خبرة في بناء حلول سحابية native باستخدام منصات مثل AWS أو GCP
- الإلمام بإطارات بايثون مثل FastAPI أو LangChain
- فهم راسخ لتصميم النظام، هندسة السحابة، ونماذج القابلية للتوسع
- الخبرة في أدوات الأتمتة أو التنظيم مفيدة
- قدرات قوية على حل المشكلات والقدرة على التعاون مع فرق متنوعة

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Backend Engineer to design and deliver next-generation automation solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. The role focuses on developing Python-driven, cloud-native systems that integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, and large language models to solve complex business challenges at scale. The individual will contribute to shaping automation architecture, supporting AI adoption, and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
What you ll do
- Design, build, and optimise Python-based solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Develop AI-powered automation solutions that combine traditional automation with GenAI and LLM capabilities
- Build and expose secure, reusable APIs to enable integration across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI specialists, to develop automation architectures
- Apply system design principles to ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Leverage enterprise automation tools to orchestrate workflows and embed AI into business processes
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to the adoption of best practices in Python and AI-led automation
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, cloud technologies, and automation trends, contributing to innovation initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Python development for automation and AI solutions (3-6 years of experience)
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimisation
- Strong knowledge of API design and integration within enterprise or cloud environments
- Experience building cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or LangChain
- Solid understanding of system design, cloud architecture, and scalability patterns
- Experience with automation or orchestration tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience supporting or mentoring peers is considered beneficial
