We are seeking a creative and agile Short-Form Video Creator & Reel Maker to own our vertical video strategy. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's voice on visual platforms, transforming complex ideas into highly engaging, thumb-stopping content."
Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit 3–5 high-quality short-form videos per week. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm changes to keep our content relevant. Post-Production: Edit videos with clean transitions, dynamic captions/on-screen text, sound effects, and color correction. Discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, visual style, and brand guidelines. Regularly collaborate with the marketing team. Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
Qualifications & Skills Portfolio Required: A proven track record of creating engaging Reels, Tik Toks, or Shorts (please include links). Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile or desktop editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or VN Editor). Eye for Aesthetics: Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and clean audio capture.
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to Art, advertising, marketing, media, or Communications.
