Experience in retail or showroom environments, ideally within building materials, interior design, or related sectors. Solid customer service skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and enhancing the in-store experience. Sales awareness and the ability to align visual merchandising strategies with commercial and project objectives. Proficiency in creating and managing window displays and interior visual concepts that reflect brand and project requirements. Good sense of design, color, and layout; familiarity with basic visual merchandising principles and trends. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple display updates and timelines. Comfort working on-site in New Cairo, including occasional flexibility in working hours for installations or special events. Relevant education in visual merchandising, interior design, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
