City Floor Decoration, the exclusive distributor of premium international flooring solutions in Egypt, is seeking a Specification Engineer to drive product specification, consultant engagement, and project development across the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and developers.* Promote the company’s flooring solutions through technical presentations and product demonstrations.* Secure product specifications in project drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.* Ensure inclusion of the company’s products in approved vendor lists.* Identify and track upcoming projects from concept and design stages.* Conduct regular visits to architectural and consulting firms.* Organize CPD sessions, workshops, and technical seminars.* Coordinate with the sales team to convert specifications into awarded projects.* Maintain accurate records of specifications, project pipelines, and consultant activities.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
