Nouvelage Clinics is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead marketing projects, manage internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all clinic branches. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between management and marketing teams, driving brand growth, patient acquisition, and campaign performance while maintaining the highest standards of client service and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Account & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact between clinic management and the marketing team. Build strong relationships with branch managers, medical teams, and internal stakeholders. Understand business objectives and translate them into effective marketing initiatives. Conduct regular meetings and provide updates on campaign progress and performance. Campaign Planning & Execution Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer, PR, events, and offline channels. Coordinate with content, creative, media buying, production, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies. Strategic Marketing Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for clinics, services, and promotional activities. Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide strategic recommendations to improve patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Support the launch of new services, branches, and special campaigns. Project & Budget Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards. Develop project timelines and coordinate resources across departments. Track budgets, campaign costs, and ROI. Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for management. Team Leadership Mentor and guide Account Managers and Account Executives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among marketing teams. Support team development and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, or Client Services. Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical marketing is highly preferred. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, reporting, and productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
