  • ❖ IT Infrastructure & Network Management
  •  Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, firewalls, switches, routers, and network devices.
  •  Ensure stable and secure WAN/LAN connectivity between Head Office and Cement Plant.
  •  Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity or communication issues.
  •  Coordinate internet leased lines, MPLS, VPN, and communication services with telecom providers.
  •  Ensure high availability and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  •  Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and preventive maintenance.
  •  Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies).
    ❖ System Administration & Security
  •  Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, email systems, backup systems, and virtualization platforms.
  •  Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  •  Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures are implemented and tested.
  •  Monitor system performance and implement optimization actions.
  •  Support segregation between IT and production/OT networks where applicable.
    ❖ Cybersecurity & Data Protection
  •  Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection, antivirus systems, and firewall configurations.
  •  Monitor IT security risks and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  •  Ensure protection of company data, systems, and communications.
  •  Conduct periodic security assessments and vulnerability checks.
  •  Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
    ❖ IT Support & Operations
  •  Supervise IT support activities for Head Office and Plant users.
  •  Ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  •  Support ERP systems, industrial applications, attendance systems, CCTV, IP telephony, and related operational technologies.
  •  Coordinate with departments to identify and fulfill IT requirements.
  •  Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records.
    ❖ Vendor & Project Management
  •  Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  •  Evaluate IT solutions, hardware, and software suppliers.
  •  Lead IT-related projects including network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and system implementations.
  •  Monitor vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs).
    ❖ Team Leadership
  •  Supervise and guide IT team members and technicians.
  •  Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical support and coaching.
  •  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
    ❖ Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain updated documentation for IT infrastructure, network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  •  Prepare periodic reports related to system performance, incidents, cybersecurity, and project status.
  •  Develop and update IT policies and standard operating procedures.
