· Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors within the furniture and home décor industry· Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure the best value without compromising quality· Source raw materials such as wood, upholstery fabrics, foam, hardware, and finishing materials· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms· Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance· Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules· Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations· Collaborate with production, design, and warehouse teams to forecast material needs· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards· Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
