Role Description The Sales and Technical Engineer will work on-site in Cairo in a full-time capacity, combining technical expertise with commercial responsibilities to support electro-mechanical projects and solutions. The role includes identifying customer needs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting solutions that align with project specifications and budgets. Daily tasks involve visiting clients, attending meetings, and following up on leads and inquiries to support sales targets and build a sustainable pipeline. The Sales and Technical Engineer will coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure accurate sizing, design input, and compliance with standards. The role also includes providing technical support before and after sales, handling customer questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and maintaining clear documentation of offers, contracts, and project milestones. Regular reporting on opportunities, market feedback, and competitor activities will be required.
Qualifications

Strong sales-focused engineering skills, including Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to translate technical features into customer value. Hands-on Technical Support experience, including troubleshooting, solution recommendation, and coordination with engineering teams. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline). Experience in electro-mechanical contracting, MEP systems, or industrial solutions is highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and reporting abilities. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
