We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in North Africa and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Commercial Manager.
Qualifications and professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering / quantity surveying / construction management –Master’s degree in Commercial Management / Construction Law – Preferred Strong cost control & commercial experience may substitute for postgraduate studies PMP Certification would be considered a plus. FIDIC Training (practical experience is more important than certification) would be considered a plus Cost Management / Value Engineering Courses – Preferred12–15+ years of experience Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable Experience with major developers is a strong advantage Strong background in: Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Payment Certification, Commercial Reporting Must have client-facing experience Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
