Key Responsibilities???? Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding???? Screen and interview candidates in Turkish and English???? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs???? Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings???? Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process???? Track recruitment metrics and meet hiring targets
Requirements✔ Bachelor's degree is a must✔ Fluent Turkish speaker with B1+ English level✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills✔ Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems is a plus
