Overall Job Purpose: The PC Service Spare Parts Stock Control Supervisor should work on decreasing MOS and increase turn over value and fill rate to increase stock efficiency & customer service index (CSI).
- Review stock movement to work on reducing stock value and increasing Turn over value & Fill rate.
- Apply the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits.
- Work on Increasing turn over and fill rate and decreasing MOS.Prepare and study overstocks and obsolete / redundant Leftover production reports to decrease stock value.
- Follow up supply of spare parts on Purchase Orders with the suppliers, and follow up with the logistics service providers and finance department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Study lost sales and order the required parts and be sure that it will not be shortage any more by making minimum stock level for these items
