  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial landscape projects from project initiation through final handover.
  • Develop detailed project execution plans, manpower schedules, and resource allocation plans.
    Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and achieve cost-saving targets while maintaining project quality and profitability.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, delays, and cost deviations.
  • Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports and look-ahead plans in coordination with the Senior Project Engineer.
  • Coordinate closely with the Technical Office and Design teams to ensure alignment between construction activities, approved drawings, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure site teams comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Manage client and consultant relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical and commercial concerns.
  • Monitor project variations, claims, and change orders and coordinate with the Commercial Team to ensure proper documentation and cost recovery.
  • Ensure proper project documentation, including site records, correspondence, approvals, and handover documents.
  • Oversee snagging activities, project closeout, final handover, and client acceptance processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices within the organization.
