  • Support the HSE Officer in applying safety rules and procedures inside the factory.
  • Monitor workers’ compliance with PPE requirements.
  • Conduct daily safety rounds in production areas, warehouses, loading/unloading areas, and utilities.
  • Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
  • Assist in monitoring risky activities such as welding, cutting, maintenance work, loading/unloading, and chemical handling.
  • Help ensure fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and safety equipment are accessible and in good condition.
  • Support housekeeping and safe workplace practices.
  • Follow up on workers’ commitment to safety instructions during shifts.
  • Assist in emergency situations and evacuation procedures when needed.
  • Follow the instructions of the HSE Officer and factory management.
  • Work on shifts when required.
