مطلوب مهندس مكتب فني وتسعير (عن بُعد)تبحث شركة The Designer عن مهندس مكتب فني وتسعير للانضمام إلى فريقها للعمل عن بُعد.المهام الوظيفية:• إعداد عروض الأسعار والتسعيرات التفصيلية لمشاريع التصميم الداخلي والتشطيبات.• دراسة المخططات وحصر الكميات وإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ).• تسعير البنود والخامات والتنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على الأسعار والمواصفات الفنية.• إعداد عروض تقديمية احترافية (Presentations) لعرض الأسعار والمقترحات على العملاء.• تجهيز ملفات الخامات والمواصفات الفنية وطرق التركيب.• جمع وتنظيم صور الخامات والكتالوجات والمراجع الفنية.• إعداد جداول مقارنة بين الخامات والبدائل المختلفة.• التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والتنفيذ لضمان دقة المعلومات الفنية والتسعيرية.المؤهلات المطلوبة:• بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية أو تصميم داخلي أو تخصص ذي صلة.• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التشطيبات والتصميم الداخلي.• خبرة قوية في إعداد BOQ وعروض الأسعار.• معرفة جيدة بخامات التشطيب والأعمال الخشبية والزجاج والألمنيوم.• إجادة استخدام Excel و Power Point و Auto CAD.• مهارات عالية في التنظيم وتحليل التفاصيل وإعداد العروض التقديمية الاحترافية.• يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع السوق السعودي.مكان العمل: عن بُعد (Remote)للتقديم، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية ونماذج سابقة من عروض الأسعار أو ملفات التسعير والعروض التقديمية التي تم إعدادها.

We're Hiring | Technical Office & Estimation Engineer (Remote) The Designer is looking for a Technical Office & Estimation Engineer to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for interior fit-out and finishing projects.• Review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare BOQs.• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material prices, specifications, and technical data.• Prepare professional pricing presentations and proposal documents for client submissions.• Develop material boards, technical specifications, and installation method references.• Organize material catalogs, product images, and supplier information.• Prepare comparison sheets for materials and alternative solutions.• Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure technical and commercial accuracy. Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.• Strong experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.• Good knowledge of finishing materials, joinery, glass, and aluminum works.• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Auto CAD.• Strong presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.• Experience in Saudi market projects is a plus.
