Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The Senior Property Consultant will focus on guiding clients through the property purchase process by understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing customer inquiries, conducting market research on property trends, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications Proficiency in Consulting and the ability to provide tailored property solutions to clients Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and address inquiries professionally Proven Sales expertise with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets Understanding of the Real Estate market and trends, particularly in Egypt Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site and support team objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Relevant experience in real estate or property sales is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
