Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in New Cairo. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing assistance with real estate services, and guiding clients through property buying, selling, or renting processes. The role involves answering calls, resolving customer concerns, and offering accurate information to enhance client satisfaction and support the company’s goals.
