Requirements:· Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position as Chef Garde Manger.· Proven experience working in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality establishments.· Strong knowledge of cold kitchen operations, food presentation, and international culinary standards.· Expertise in preparing salads, cold appetizers, charcuterie, canapés, sandwiches, and buffet displays.· Ability to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.· Strong organizational and time-management skills.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a professional culinary team.
