Role Description

Octopii is seeking a full-time Telesales Specialist for its on-site location in Cairo. The Telesales Specialist will engage potential and existing customers via phone to promote the company's solutions, handle inbound and outbound calls, and address customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves building relationships with clients, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. The specialist will also provide product training and support to customers as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients High level of interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
