Build, test, optimize, and scale paid advertising systems that:Generate qualified leads Reduce CPLImprove conversion rates Maximize ROASBuild predictable growth You are not running ads. You are building acquisition systems.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Full-funnel campaign strategy (TOF / MOF / BOF) Advanced Meta Ads structure Retargeting & audience layering strategy Creative testing frameworks Budget scaling strategies (horizontal & vertical) Performance analysis & reporting Tracking setup & troubleshooting Conversion optimization collaboration with creative team
???? Platforms Required
Meta Ads (Advanced level – mandatory) Tik Tok Ads (Strong plus) Google Ads (Search + Display is a plus) Must understand:Pixel & Conversion APIEvent prioritization Attribution models A/B testing methodology Scaling frameworks Lead generation funnels
???? What Makes You Qualified
4+ years of performance marketing experience Managed significant monthly budgets (mention in application) Strong understanding of data analysis Ability to diagnose performance drops Experience in service-based or healthcare niche (preferred) Can explain WHY a campaign failed — not just that it failed
