Position Overview (Multi-Role Engineering Position)
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers who have 0 2 years of experience in instrumentation or industrial engineering.
The selected engineer will receive structured hands-on training and will participate in a wide range of technical tasks, including:
- Site services (installation, commissioning, maintenance)
- Analyzer workshop activities (assembly, wiring, testing)
- Technical documentation & reporting
- Panel/cabinet integration tasks
- Supporting procurement with technical input
- Assisting proposal development & site surveys
- Coordination with senior engineers and OEM partners
This role is perfect for someone who wants broad exposure and rapid growth in a specialized engineering field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in installation, testing, and commissioning of analyzer systems.
- Assist in building sampler systems, shelters, and analyzer cabinets in the workshop.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and calibration under supervision.
- Participate in site surveys and collect technical data.
- Help prepare technical reports, BOQs, datasheets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure correct technical items are ordered.
- Follow project workflows, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Grow into an independent analyzer engineer with time and training.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
- 0 2 years experience in instrumentation, industrial maintenance, or electrical/mechatronics work.
- Strong technical foundation in:
- Basic instrumentation principles
- Sensors, valves, transmitters, control loops
- Electrical connections and troubleshooting
- Good command of English (technical reading & communication).
- Eagerness to learn analyzer systems and commit to professional development.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or academic projects in industrial instrumentation
- Basic knowledge of P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring
- Exposure to maintenance work or industrial field environments
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools

Desired Candidate Profile
