Teleperformance Egypt is hiring English-speaking Retention Agents to join our offshore support teams based in New Cairo.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a stable net salary, performance-based rewards, and experience working with international customers in a structured, global environment.
Location: New Cairo, Egypt Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Rotational shifts and offs (last shift for females ends at 2AM)
Compensation & Benefits Net salary up 20,000 EGP (including KPIs in the Euro equivalent) Uncapped incentives in USD equivalent Quarterly bonus up 195 Euros based on performance Transportation provided (door-to-door for females after 11PM) Paid training before start Medical and social insurance
Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through phone calls Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions Meet quality, productivity, and sales targets Adhere to company policies and service standards
Requirements University graduates English proficiency C1 or above Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset Flexibility to work rotational shifts
