About This Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business development and sales operations.
We are seeking a professional with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in software business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute business growth strategies* Generate and manage high-value B2B leads and strategic partnerships* Build and maintain strong client relationships* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure* Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery* Enhance and optimize internal sales and business development processes* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets
Requirements:* Proven experience in Business Development within software houses or technology companies* Strong understanding of software services, Saa S solutions, ERP systems, web platforms, and mobile applications* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills* Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities* Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development initiatives* English is required
