Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer specializing in Low Current Systems, located in Qesm El Nozha. The Presales Engineer will provide technical support to the sales team, develop and deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations, participating in integration discussions, and ensuring security standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential to meet the company’s technical and business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in Technical Support and resolving client-specific issues related to low current systems Proficiency in Presales activities including preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and conducting product demonstrations Strong Sales skills to effectively support business development efforts and customer engagement Knowledge of System Integration processes and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to implement end-to-end solutions Understanding of Security systems and best practices to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field Experience in enterprise or government projects is an advantage
