Job Description

Euro Motors Hub is hiring Tele Sales Specialists (Work From Home) to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful deals.

This is a performance-based role where your main responsibility is to communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of importing cars or purchasing spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads daily
• Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle objections and build trust with clients
• Update and manage leads through CRM system
• Maintain consistent follow-up until closing the deal
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Job Requirements

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Strong ability to follow up and close deals
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / CRM is a plus)
• Previous telesales experience is a plus
• Automotive interest is a plus
   

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Compensation: Fixed salary + commission based on performance
