  • Manage department budgets and resource allocation.
  • Organize departmental meetings and ensure communication of key information.
  • Oversee exams, coursework, and grading policies.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with school leadership on academic policies and strategic goals.
  • Liaise with parents, students, and external bodies to support student success.
  • Foster cross-curricular collaboration to enhance literacy across subjects.
