  • Develop and enhance the distribution network through systematic follow-up to ensure optimal performance across all dealers.
  • Drive product promotion and sales by conducting regular customer visits to foster strong relationships and gather market insights.
  • Monitor and support dealers to ensure adherence to our brand identity and distribution strategy.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive database and maintain strong relationships with target customer groups, including painters, contractors, and dealers.
  • Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed terms, aiming to meet budgeted days outstanding.
  • Establish new retail locations that meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Service, and financial departments to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
  • Strategically plan and execute daily customer visits and sales activities.
  • Address customer complaints promptly to maintain a trusted and reliable relationship.
  • Regularly monitor collection timelines to ensure payments are received as scheduled.
  • Generate and review monthly sales and collection reports.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate full commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and halt any activities that do not comply with these standards.
  • Ensure that team members comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental instructions and policies.
  • Exercise authority to make decisions regarding actions impacting environmental, occupational safety, and health standards.
