Role Description We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate law matters, managing trademark and intellectual property registrations, handling disputes, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Additional tasks will include conducting legal research, analyzing government regulations, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws to protect clients’ rights.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Trademark Registration Proficiency in Legal Research, Analysis, and Interpretation of Laws Expertise in Drafting Contracts, Legal Documents, and Agreements Experience with Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Government Appeals Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple legal cases effectively Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law Licensure to practice law in Egypt Prior experience in intellectual property law or corporate law (preferred)
