#Key_Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support for light current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and networking systems.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues both remotely and on-site.
-Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
-Assist in system testing, commissioning, and project handover.
-Respond to client inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutions.
-Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and service reports.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.
#Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
-2–3 years of experience in light current systems.
-Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and basic networking.
-Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
#Preferred_Skills:
-Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, etc.).
-Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone.
-Experience with IP-based systems and structured cabling.
-Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
