  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Handle employee records, contracts, and personnel documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and timekeeping systems
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce analytics
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy
  • Support organizational development and restructuring projects when needed
