  • Prepare shop drawings for all structural elements including:
    foundations, columns, beams, and slabs (Solid Slab, Flat Slab, Hollow Block) using approved engineering software.
  • Develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), including:
    preparing detailed cutting lists and accurately defining bar lengths and shapes to minimize material waste.
  • Review design drawings and coordinate with site drawings to identify and resolve any conflicts in collaboration with the consultant prior to execution.
  • Perform accurate quantity surveying for reinforcement steel and concrete works to support material requisition processes.
  • Prepare and update As-Built Drawings to reflect the actual executed works on site.
  • Coordinate closely with the site team to ensure work is executed in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.
