Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires. Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs. Provide technical consultation during the sales cycle. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams. Support pricing discussions with technical justification. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends. Assist in onboarding and training customers post-sale when required.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, (MEP or Civil3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role. Strong understanding of technical products (e.g., Saa S, cloud, networking, software, or hardware solutions). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
