We’re Hiring: Bilingual French & English Customer Support We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (French & English) to join our team. Responsibilities:Handle inbound tickets and customer inquiries professionally Provide support in both French and English Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Previous experience in the travel industry is required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:5 rotational working days with 2 days off Rotational shifts Hybrid model (combination of work from home and office)
