Balnova, a pharmaceutical & cosmeceutical company, is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales operations and drive business growth.
Job Purpose:
Develop & execute nationwide sales strategies Achieve sales targets & increase market share Lead and develop sales teams across regions Strengthen company presence and reputation in the market
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on sales plans & targets Conduct market & competitor analysis Monitor sales performance and team achievements Provide regular reports and performance evaluations Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities Participate in setting annual sales targets Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine, or Science10+ years of experience in sales (Pharma/Cosmetics) Previous experience managing nationwide sales teams Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure
