• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. 
• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. 
• Assess current HR practices and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 
• Drive performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement. 
• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives. 
• Design and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. 
• Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive adjustments. 
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and internal policies. 
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, ROI, etc.) and provide data-driven insights. 
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. 
• Lead change management and organizational restructuring initiatives. 
• Manage HR budgets and support culture and engagement programs. 
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and HR best practices. 
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
