  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor team performance regularly
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients/investors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners
  • Oversee the full sales cycle (lead generation → closing deals)
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and after-sales service
  • Handle key negotiations and close high-value deals
