Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Call Center Pharmacist for a part-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the possibility of remote work. This position involves providing professional pharmaceutical guidance, answering patient inquiries, and ensuring outstanding customer support. Responsibilities include managing and resolving issues related to prescriptions, conducting patient education on medication use, and facilitating collaboration with other healthcare professionals. You will also oversee proper adherence to policies, compliance standards, and administrative documentation required in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications
Knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, patient counseling, and medical guidelines Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in handling call center tools and managing customer interactions Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment Experience in accurately managing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field A valid pharmacy license and experience in call center operations are strongly preferred Proficiency in English and Arabic for clear communication is essential Commitment to ethical standards and a patient-centered approach
