Role Description • Recruit and onboard new agencies and hosts to the platform• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies & key users• Support and guide agencies to improve performance and revenue• Monitor daily operations and ensure targets are achieved• Analyze performance data and optimize growth strategies
Qualifications • Previous experience in streaming apps (BD / ACM / Agency Management)• Strong communication & negotiation skills• Ability to handle multiple agencies and work under pressure• Result-oriented mindset with focus on growth & retention
