About the Role Windsor University USA is seeking a detail-oriented Regulation Compliance & Research Officer to join its Cairo team. This role supports the university’s compliance, accreditation, and research functions, ensuring alignment with U. S. higher education standards and regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will contribute to accreditation processes, regulatory reporting, and institutional development initiatives while collaborating across departments to support academic quality and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities Compliance & Accreditation Support compliance with accreditation bodies such as HELC, DEAC, ACCSC, and others Assist in preparing and maintaining accreditation documentation Ensure institutional policies align with regulatory requirements
Research & Reporting Conduct research on higher education standards, regulations, and best practices Prepare detailed reports and analysis for internal and external use Support data collection and documentation for audits and reviews
Policy Development & Documentation Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records Ensure consistency across institutional materials
Content & Communication Create clear, accurate, and professional content including reports, proposals, and official communications Support marketing and student recruitment campaigns with structured content Manage and optimize content across digital platforms and social media
Collaboration & Institutional Support Work with admissions, faculty, and leadership teams to ensure compliance and consistency Contribute to research and development initiatives to improve academic and operational quality
Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred). Experience:Experience in compliance, research, education, or related fields Familiarity with higher education accreditation (HELC, DEAC, ACCSC, or equivalent) is highly valued Skills:Strong research and analytical abilities Excellent English writing, editing, and copywriting skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to interpret complex regulations Social media management and digital marketing skills Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools preferred) Marketing and sales experience (preferred)
Work Schedule & Location Schedule: Flexible 8-hour workday, primarily afternoon and/or evening to align with U. S. Eastern Time (Washington, D. C.)
