Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant Location: Egypt (Cairo)
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong experience in development, integrations, reporting, and data migration within Oracle HCM Cloud. The candidate will work closely with functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Development Develop and customize solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts Create Fast Formulas and support functional configurations Work with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDLBuild and manage integrations using SOAP and REST APIsHandle file-based data import/export (FBDI) Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems (e.g., Payroll, Banking systems)2. Data Migration & Conversion Perform data migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness3. Reporting & Analytics Develop BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards Customize standard reports based on business requirements4. Security & Extensions Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and data security policies Develop extensions using Page Composer and Oracle Visual Builder (VB)5. Support & Maintenance Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues Perform impact analysis for system patches and upgrades Collaborate with functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Required Skills:Technical Skills Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM Extracts Expertise in HDL / HSDLExperience in integrations (SOAP/REST APIs); OIC is a plus Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and SQLUnderstanding of web services architecture
Experience:8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Fusion HCM Technical Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations
